This part-time, remote role is responsible for leading financial planning and accounting operations to support strategic growth, overseeing financial statements, budgeting, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to executive leadership
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and variance analysis
- Work closely with operations and project teams to align financial performance with business objectives
- Improve financial controls and processes
- Guide accounting staff or external partners
- Support audits and tax compliance
- Provide data-driven insights for decision-making
- Implement best practices in financial systems
