Polaris Pharmacy Services is a dedicated partner in care, transforming how patients experience long-term and specialty pharmacy services. The Director of Sales - LTC is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets, while leading the sales team and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration and customer loyalty
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies and decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business goals
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and areas for improvement
- Represent Polaris Pharmacy Services at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably LTC
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans
