- Build and lead teams that will provide strategic coverage for Bucket 1 (directly owned) accounts including high-priority customers across semiconductor, neocloud, colo, LVC, construction, and fiber segments
- Partner closely with DNA and Account Directors on Bucket 2 accounts, contributing data center-specific strategy and pursuits while respecting existing account ownership
- Work with field leaders and priority markets to build account plans for Bucket 3 net-new accounts, setting strategic direction and collaborating with local DBOs on execution
- Serve as a collaborative partner across the ecosystem — align with practice enablement, BDMs, account directors, and field leaders to execute against a single, unified strategy with no parallel plans
- Leverage Alliance partnerships to gain access and expand growth opportunity across target segments

- Lead high-level, complex negotiations with C-level decision makers
- Focus on growing contract signings and services spread across the portfolio, identifying accounts with existing contracts and driving revenue growth
