The Judge Group is a high-growth cybersecurity software company seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand strategic enterprise accounts across the Americas. This role involves managing the full sales cycle and building executive-level relationships to deliver revenue growth within large enterprise organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales process from prospecting through close
- Develop strategic account plans and drive new logo acquisition
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner engagement, events, and referrals
- Engage executive stakeholders across security, technology, risk, and business functions
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiate commercial agreements
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive successful customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM tools
- Represent the company at customer meetings, events, and industry conferences
Skills
- 5+ years of enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology sales experience
- Experience selling into Fortune 500 clients
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling into large enterprise organizations and managing complex sales cycles
- Success generating new business and self-sourced pipeline
- Experience engaging senior executives and decision-makers
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Experience selling cybersecurity solutions
- Knowledge of SAP, ERP, risk, compliance, or security environments
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, or Challenger
- Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, or strategic alliances
- Background in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company
