Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rula is a remote-first company dedicated to improving mental health care. They are seeking a Finance Manager - Deal Desk to guide growth strategy and provide actionable insights from complex financial data.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and develop strategic forecasting of complex deals
- Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Balance short-term efficiency with long-term impact
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles
- 2+ years of dedicated experience specifically within a Deal Desk or Commercial Operations function
- Proven experience informing growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis
- Experience building and owning scenario-based topline forecasts
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Ability to clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders and executive audiences
- Direct healthcare experience or relevant consulting experience with a healthcare focus
- Strong understanding of unit economics, including LTV, CAC, payback analysis, and cohort analyses
- Background in a high-growth or scaling company
- Experience in a healthcare services or marketplace businesses
- Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private equity, or Consulting
- Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams
