BruntWork is seeking a HubSpot RevOps & CRM Specialist to lead high-impact initiatives across revenue operations and CRM strategy for their B2B clients. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted consultant, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success processes within HubSpot to drive scalable growth.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, assessing their revenue operations and CRM structure
• Design, implement, and refine RevOps frameworks to align sales, marketing, and customer success within HubSpot
• Translate business needs into technical HubSpot solutions tailored to each client's goals
• Configure and manage HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub, including:
• Custom properties
• Workflow automations
• Lead lifecycle stages
• Pipeline structures
• Sequences and email templates
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and system hygiene across client portals
• Build lifecycle automations, lead scoring models, and nurturing workflows to streamline buyer journeys
• Develop insightful dashboards and reports for lead attribution, funnel tracking, sales forecasting, and marketing ROI
• Use data to advise clients on improving sales velocity, pipeline conversion, and customer engagement
• Work with project manager to lead multiple client projects with accountability for scope, timeline, and stakeholder alignment
• Deliver training and documentation to ensure client adoption of RevOps processes and HubSpot tools
• Actively monitor platform performance and iterate based on evolving client needs
Skills
• 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Ops, or CRM Consulting
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including: HubSpot CRM configuration and customizations, Marketing & Sales Hub automation, Reporting and dashboard creation
• Proven ability to lead CRM implementation and optimization projects across B2B clients
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel metrics, and campaign management
• Experience in a fast-paced consulting or agency environment
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Loom, Miro, and Google Workspace
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex systems in business-friendly terms
• Comfortable managing multiple client stakeholders and navigating strategic conversations
• English fluency (Native or high proficiency)
