Skills
- Strong Agentic AI Tech Lead
- Strong Python and backend systems experience, ideally with LLM or agent APIs, and a genuine hands-on disposition, not a pure manager
- Experienced Agentic AI Lead with deep expertise in healthcare to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI systems
- Focus on building intelligent, autonomous AI agents that enhance clinical workflows, improve patient outcomes, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Combine technical mastery in generative AI with domain knowledge in healthcare operations, standards, and ethics
- 8+ years in AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in agentic or generative AI systems
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in healthcare or life sciences
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
- Expertise in LLMs, multi-agent systems, and workflow automation
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Remote US – East Coast preferred (need based travel)
