Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rare Necessity Digital Agency is seeking a Media Buyer to manage paid media campaigns primarily on Meta Ads for multiple clients. The role involves building and optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing performance to ensure campaign success.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for 10-15 clients in your pod
- Set up campaign structures aligned with the launch strategy (webinar reg, product catalog, local lead gen, etc.)
- Manage daily ad spend and budget pacing across all accounts
- Build and test audiences: lookalikes, custom audiences, interest targeting, broad
- Set up retargeting funnels (website visitors, video viewers, engaged audiences)
- Run creative split tests and recommend winning angles to the team
- Monitor performance daily: ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, frequency, relevance scores
- Provide weekly ad performance reports to the Account Strategist
- Flag underperforming campaigns with diagnosis and recommended fixes
- Coordinate with Social/Content Specialist on creative assets for ads
- Set up conversion tracking, pixels, CAPI where needed
Skills
- 2+ years managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with real budgets ($500-$10K+/mo per account)
- Strong grasp of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and audience architecture
- Experience with conversion tracking setup (Meta Pixel, CAPI)
- Comfortable managing multiple ad accounts simultaneously
- Can read data and make optimization decisions, not just report numbers
- Experience with e-commerce (Shopify, catalog ads) OR service-based (webinar/lead gen) campaigns
- Google Ads experience (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
- Experience with Klaviyo ad audiences or GoHighLevel integrations
- Background working inside an agency pod or team structure
- TikTok Ads experience
