Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, leading to tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy solutions via secure online platforms, ensuring each session is customized to address individual client challenges.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, offering continual support and strategies for success throughout the counseling process.
• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities to cater to various client preferences and specific treatment objectives, adapting your approach to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices within the field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology is required.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and therapeutic connections in a virtual setting.
• Empathy and understanding of clients’ experiences, showcasing genuine compassion in your therapeutic approach.
• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities to effectively oversee therapy sessions and documentation from a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
While experience is not strictly required, candidates with prior experience in telehealth settings or with diverse client populations are preferred. Familiarity with digital therapeutic tools and platforms will be beneficial as you integrate technology into your practice.
Compensation and Benefits
