Job Description:
• Responsible for treatment planning, assessments, appropriate documentation of clinical progress, and delivery of evidence-based therapy modalities
• Lead group sessions and educational workshops
• Work closely with the clinical team
• Create and deliver psychoeducational webinars and workshops
• Collaborate with other behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated continuity of care
Requirements:
• Must be licensed in Indiana and Illinois; Ohio, Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin are preferred
• Ability to obtain additional licenses (company reimbursed)
• At least Master’s level, licensed mental health clinician (LPC, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification or become certified upon hire
• Required experience in providing counseling and mental health services
• Preferred 2 or more years’ experience operating as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician
• Preferred experience using evidence-based treatment to treat multiple behavioral health disorders
• Preferred experience with behavioral interventions, critical incident event management, and case management
