The Business Process Analyst will optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency by collaborating with various stakeholders and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization
- Develop enterprise process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Establish process governance and standards
- Facilitate process workshops with business stakeholders
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Engineering
- Translate operational needs into scalable business solutions
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop KPIs and SLAs to measure process performance
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Partner with IT to automate business processes using enterprise technologies
- Support Salesforce and enterprise application improvements
- Evaluate AI, workflow automation, and digital technologies
- Collaborate on system implementations, integrations, and enhancements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of experience in business process management, business analysis, or operational transformation
- Visio, Lucidchart or similar Business Process Management (BPM) tools
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
- CRM experience
- Experience with enterprise technology implementations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
