Remote QuickBooks Bookkeeper Opportunity (100% Continental US)

Join our team as a QuickBooks Bookkeeper and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced bookkeeper to join our QuickBooks LIVE expansion project. As a remote QuickBooks Bookkeeper, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a reliable internet connection, and contribute to the success of our team. This is a 4-month contract position, with a projected start date of December 16, 2024. You will be hired based on your resume and successful completion of a Glider Assessment. If you have advanced bookkeeping skills, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply. Job Requirements: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced bookkeeping skills Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience Minimum 2 years of QuickBooks Online experience QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification required CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper) certification preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision Critical thinking, problem-solving, flexibility, and determination Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 mbps upload, 3 mbps download, and 150 ms latency Hardwired internet connection (no WiFi) Ability to connect to systems via a broadband internet service via cable, fiber, or DSL No use of MiFi/Jetpack devices, cellular hotspots, smartphones, satellites, microwaves, proxy services, or non-VPNs to connect to systems Work Environment: 100% remote work in the continental US Must be available to work in a call center queue Must be on camera for this role Performance will be heavily monitored, and you must meet or exceed performance standards on a weekly ongoing basis About Us: Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
