The Customer Service Support Representative will provide product training and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office or private insurance carriers
- Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances
- Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
- Maintain performance goals
- Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year or more customer service experience
- 1 year or more high volume call center experience
- 1 year or more medical billing, insurance claims, and explanation of benefits
- 1 year or more patient billing
