Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and recruit top mortgage industry talent for our clients through proactive sourcing, screening, and relationship-building strategies
- Promote EMAC Recruiting Academy’s education and training programs, engaging prospective clients and candidates through calls, emails, and meetings
- Foster relationships with mortgage companies, banks, and credit unions, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
- Mentor and guide candidates through the career development process, offering insights and support for their professional growth
- Manage and track education sales activity, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential enrollees and helping to drive enrollment goals
- Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in our CRM, supporting efficient follow-up and reporting
Skills
- Prior experience in recruitment or sales, ideally within the mortgage, finance, or education sectors
- A natural ability to connect with people and promote education and career development solutions with enthusiasm and credibility
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term relationships
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a high-activity environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with our close-knit team and contribute to shared goals
