Bizerba USA Inc is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive innovation in a dynamic, growth-focused sales role within the industrial manufacturing sector. The role involves generating new leads, managing the sales cycle, and building relationships to support long-term growth across designated regions in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Promote, maintain, and increase sales for equipment, labels, and consumables
- Efficiently and effectively close new business
- Identify new opportunities with both new and existing customers through calls, follow-ups, and other prospecting methods
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions aligned with Bizerba’s offerings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bizerba products while monitoring competitor activity
- Build and strengthen relationships to support long-term regional growth
- Use company tools to log activity, forecast opportunities, and manage CRM to standard
- Travel expected up to 80%
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong background in territory management with proven account and revenue growth
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM systems
- Strong time management, organization, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities
- The ideal candidate must reside in one of the states as follows: IL, MI, AR, LA, MS, WA, OR, ID or Northern CA
- Equipment sales experience in the food industry
- Experience with automated equipment, labels, and consumables
