Ettika is a leading fashion jewelry and accessories brand, and they are seeking a Director of National Accounts to manage their largest wholesale customers. The role involves developing growth strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing sales performance to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage Ettika’s largest national wholesale accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, planners, and merchandising teams
- Develop annual and seasonal growth strategies for each account
- Lead line reviews, assortment presentations, and seasonal selling meetings
- Identify opportunities for door expansion, category expansion, replenishment, and new product launches
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales performance and make recommendations based on data
- Partner with inventory planning and operations to maximize sales while maintaining healthy inventory levels
- Manage forecasts, purchase orders, replenishment opportunities, and account health
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, production, and product development
- Travel to customer meetings, markets, and industry events as needed
Skills
- 7+ years managing national wholesale accounts within fashion, accessories, footwear, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Experience working directly with major department stores and national retailers
- Strong understanding of wholesale planning, forecasting, replenishment, and retail math
- Experience in presenting seasonal assortments and negotiating with buyers
- Comfortable analyzing sales data and turning insights into action
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and highly accountable
