Kenney Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Correspondence Analyst to support the USDA Forest Service ORMS Correspondence and Content Management Support Services program. The role involves managing daily correspondence operations, handling complex correspondence actions, and improving business-process workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily correspondence queue and suspense system across ICCT, ECMM, and CoRe
- Carry a personal queue of complex, congressional, and multi-office correspondence actions rather than supervising from above
- Serve as the complexity escalation valve, absorbing overflow from the analyst tier during surges while protecting AoA and business-case deliverables
- Adjudicate sensitive correspondence actions and quality-check team output
- Document and improve business-process workflows
- Draft Analysis of Alternatives and Business Case documents, 12 to 15 per year
- Prepare briefing and presentation materials and deputize for the PM
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years hands-on Federal correspondence management systems experience
- Demonstrated technical-writing and workflow-documentation ability
- Federal records-management or executive-secretariat background preferred
- Lean or Six Sigma process-improvement exposure preferred
