The Social Media Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s social media presence, managing campaigns, and ensuring accurate messaging that resonates with institutional audiences.
Responsibilities
- Shaping and executing CryptoDeposit.Org’s social media presence across platforms such as X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Planning and implementing social media campaigns
- Managing the content calendar
- Creating and publishing posts, threads, and updates that translate complex protocol and compliance concepts into clear, engaging narratives
- Monitoring platform performance, optimizing content for reach and engagement
- Responding to community questions
- Collaborating with product and compliance teams to ensure accurate messaging
- Conducting social listening
- Analytics reporting
- Experimenting with new formats
- Coordinating with designers or external vendors
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice aligned with the protocol’s institutional and compliance-focused positioning
Skills
- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for technology or fintech/crypto products
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and compliance topics in clear, accessible language
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy tailored to institutional audiences, regulators, or B2B users
- Familiarity with crypto, stablecoins, DeFi, or financial services, and an interest in compliance, risk, or regulatory technology
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, native analytics, link tracking)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines consistently
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable partnering with technical, product, and operations teams to ensure accurate and aligned messaging
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
