Skills
- 3+ years of successful technical recruiting experience
- Proven track record in staffing, consulting, or professional services
- Expertise in sourcing and building candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
