Lockheed Martin is a leader in aerospace and defense, and they are seeking an ERP Business Analyst Senior to drive SAP/ERP initiatives across the organization. This role involves facilitating the development, implementation, and sustainment of SAP/ERP systems and processes while collaborating with multiple project teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply‑chain business processes and recommend improvements for SAP applicability
- Design, configure, and test SAP supply‑chain modules—including Procurement, Inventory Management, Receiving, and Transportation
- Author functional specifications, master‑data records, reports, and custom transactions
- Lead unit, integration, and operational readiness testing, and develop training documentation and user training
Skills
- Aerospace & Defense experience
- Overall understanding of procurement process (from requirements to goods receipt)
- SAP functional experience
- Experience in SCM process knowledge
- Experience authoring functional specs based on customer requirements
- Experience working with ABAP developers to design/standardize customized functional solutions
- Extended warehouse management (1LMX)
- Procurement Aero codes
- Supplier Quality
- ADP experience/knowledge
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles
- Sales order and demand knowledge

- Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays
- Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays

- Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site
