[Remote] Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager – Remote Role with a Technology-Forward CPA Firm

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LEVELOCITI is a modern, technology-forward CPA firm seeking Tax Managers and Senior Tax Managers for a fully remote role. The position involves leading complex tax engagements, serving as a strategic partner to clients, and mentoring junior staff while shaping the firm's tax strategy. Responsibilities • Leading complex tax engagements for entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, and HNW individuals • Serving as a strategic partner to clients, not just a compliance resource • Providing review and sign-off on federal and multi-state returns (1040, 1120S, 1065, 1120, trusts/estates) • Playing a key role in team leadership, including coaching, mentoring, and developing senior and staff accountants • Helping shape internal processes, workflow, and long-term tax strategy as the firm scales • Acting as a point person on client relationships and internal project execution Skills • 6–12+ years of public accounting experience • Strong background working with HNW / entrepreneur-focused clients • Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and operate at a strategic level • Comfortable taking ownership of client relationships and internal initiatives • CPA strongly preferred • Someone who is looking beyond a title — toward partnership and long-term impact Benefits • Health • Life • Dental • 401K Match • Flexible PTO • + more Company Overview • A Recruiting Company with Heart, Hustle, and High Standards.
