Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Benevolence Farm is a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections. They are seeking a volunteer to co-create a marketing and sales strategy for their farm-to-body care product line to help increase sales and expand paid opportunities for formerly incarcerated women.
Responsibilities
- A co-created marketing and sales strategy for the farm-to-body care product line that identifies growth opportunities, prioritizes channels and tactics, and includes an actionable execution roadmap and metrics staff can follow
- Increasing sales will directly expand paid opportunities and living wages for formerly incarcerated women who make the products, supporting Benevolence Farm’s mission to cultivate leadership, sustainable livelihoods, and structural change in North Carolina
- Volunteers will help scale income and job stability for program participants
- We have a clear revenue goal of $10,000/month and seek a volunteer to work with staff to co-create practical, implementable recommendations
- Details about current sales performance, product information, and channels will be provided and discussed during the engagement so volunteers can hit the ground running
