The Accounting Associate will assist with various accounting tasks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial information. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. • Perform bank and account reconciliations. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. • Prepare and process invoices, credit cards, and expense reports. • Support month-end and year-end closing processes. • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. • Perform data entry and administrative duties as needed. • Assist with audits and other financial projects as required. Requirements: • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing). • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Experience with Business Central is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Working Hours: • Flexible schedule, with 12-20 hours per week. • Must be available to work during standard business hours. • This is a remote position.
