As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our financial services products to clients, working from home, and meeting with clients virtually, over the phone, or in person. This is a commission-only based sales position, with bonuses and uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our financial services products, including Life and Health Insurance
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations to clients, either virtually or in person
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Must have a Life and Health Insurance license for your state (we will provide assistance with the course if needed)
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-discipline and motivation to work independently
- Willingness to grow personally and professionally, with a desire to become a leader
- Ability to overcome challenges and maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection
