Location: Los Angeles Job Type: Freelance / Commission-Based Start Date: ASAP Compensation: $1,000 per completed lease/move-in About the Role: We are looking for a driven and professional freelance real estate agent or freelance leasing agent to assist in leasing studio and 1-bedroom apartments to Permanent Voucher Holders (Section 8 or other organizations that permanently subsidize housing) in the area of Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity for agents with strong local networks who are looking to earn supplemental income on a flexible, commission-only basis. You’ll earn $1,000 per successful lease move-in — Ideal candidates will be proactive, personable, and familiar with the leasing process from lead generation to signed lease.
