Your responsibilities will include monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to security incidents as needed. We are looking for a proactive and vigilant individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to our clients' safety. Key Responsibilities: Patrol designated areas to maintain a visible presence and deter unauthorized activities. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the premises. Control access points, verifying credentials and directing visitors and employees accordingly. Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies. Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients and guests when needed. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security protocols are followed. Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in security or related fields is a plus. Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role. Valid security license or certification (if required by state regulations). Excellent observation and surveillance skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures. Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
