This role sits at the center of leadership support, operational efficiency, and stakeholder communication—directly impacting decision-making, team alignment, and business execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For (Outcomes)

You manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar
→ Priorities, meetings, and deadlines are coordinated efficiently and without conflicts

You act as a trusted point of contact

→ Internal teams and external stakeholders experience clear, professional, and timely communication

You ensure follow-through on deliverables
→ Tasks are tracked, deadlines are met, and nothing is overlooked

You prepare, review, and manage critical documents
→ Agreements, reports, and internal communications are accurate, organized, and ready when needed

You streamline operations and research proactively
→ Information is gathered, organized, and presented to support decision-making

You coordinate meetings and communications
→ Appointments, confirmations, and updates are handled without delays

You handle sensitive information responsibly
→ Confidentiality and professionalism are maintained at all times

You support additional initiatives as needed

→ Social media management, team coordination, or ad hoc projects are executed efficiently
