About The Role The client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee and drive execution across multiple strategic enterprise initiatives within a large investment banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Corporate Communications teams while managing several high-visibility programs simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Program Management • Manage and drive execution of 3 5 concurrent enterprise programs • Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks • Lead status reporting and executive communications • Manage escalations and issue resolution processes • Support and mentor junior Project/Program Managers Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate closely with: • Legal Teams • Compliance Teams • Technology/Infrastructure Teams • Corporate Communications Teams • Business Leadership & Executive Stakeholders Program Areas Office Relocation & Restructuring • Coordinate internal office movements and workspace restructuring • Manage cross-functional alignment during relocation activities Legal Entity Streamlining • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to support entity decommissioning initiatives • Ensure proper governance and operational alignment Infrastructure Standardization • Align internal tools, databases, networks, and office infrastructure with enterprise standards • Coordinate with technology teams on implementation activities Required Qualifications • 20+ years of Program/Project Management experience • Strong background within • Investment Banking • Capital Markets • Financial Services • Asset/Investment Management • Experience managing enterprise-level initiatives • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong risk identification and escalation management abilities • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to Infrastructure or Technology-related programs • Experience working in large enterprise banking environments Not Required • Coding experience • JIRA • ServiceNow Additional Notes • Candidates must currently reside in the Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT) • Strong communication and executive presence are critical for success in this role • Candidates with long-term experience exclusively within investment banking/capital markets environments are highly preferred
