To have professional knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette, and to have knowledge of appropriate table layout, service utensils and menu items. Provide attentive and individualized service to meet the immediate satisfaction of guest requests. Set up, clean, and serve tables promptly after use to ensure that guests can be seated on time.
