SI Assembler III - Inventory Support

About the position Responsibilities • Accesses the appropriate paperwork and necessary drawings for each job assignment • Verifies kits, enters Batch lot information, package and label accessory items according to documented instructions • Uses appropriate mats and all required tooling • Checks equipment (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) to ensure proper performance • Uses manufacturing routings and process instructions under close supervision • May assemble a variety of systems integration subassemblies • Notifies leadership of any shut down situations • Enters data into Process Feedback System (PFS) and link subassemblies to final unit • Enters quantities into Operations Complete (Baan) when required • All employees are responsible for the Quality of their work to ensure BEI meets, or exceeds Customer Satisfaction. • Disassemble, repair and reassemble units in certified repair operations • Use manufacturing routings and process instructions under minimal supervision Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of SI experience • Ability to perform repair or test; Some heavy mechanical assembly • Demonstrate good component recognition skills • Understanding of basic computer skills • Effective interpersonal skills • Demonstrate high attention to detail • Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when representing the company • Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required • Ability to work overtime as needed • Ability to work with diverse groups • Participate in a continuous improvement activity • Ability to read, write and perform basic math Benefits • Bonus Plan • 401(k) • Paid Time Off • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance Apply tot his job
