Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks. Control quality of work and ensure method statement/risk assessments are completed. Ensure materials, including those used by subcontractors, comply with specifications. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the site, including plant and facilities. Keep accurate records of all work carried out. Candidate Requirements Knowledge of CDM regulations. SMSTS certification or equivalent. Experience managing the full lifecycle of construction projects and supervising staff/operatives. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to drive projects forward, solve problems efficiently, and uphold high standards of work. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
