An ability to remain calm under pressure in a pressurised environment You may be an assistant general manager or deputy manager who is aspiring to take their career to the next level, or you may already be a manager within the retail, catering or hospitality sectors such as a restaurant manager, general manager, catering manager or store manager looking for that next challenge.
