Tax Agent - 2+Yrs Paid Tax Experience Required

About the position Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season to assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This role is fully remote, allowing for collaboration with a dedicated team from home or office. The Tax Expert will provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and manage product inquiries, all while enhancing customer satisfaction and navigating the complexities of taxation. Responsibilities • Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. , • Provide tax advice and full service return preparation. , • Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries. , • Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers. , • Document interactions to maintain accurate records of customer communications. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns. , • Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney. , • Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws. , • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). , • Excellent customer service skills.
