Tax Preparer - 2+ Yrs Paid Tax Experience Required

About the position Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season. This role involves assisting clients with their tax preparation needs, utilizing Intuit TurboTax products, and providing exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment. Responsibilities • Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. , • Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation. , • Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries. , • Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers. , • Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns. , • Experience using commercial tax preparation software. , • Possession of an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). , • Ability to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds. , • Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. , • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
