Vacancy: Scholege is seeking experienced Teacher Trainers to deliver professional development sessions in French to K–12 educators. This is a remote position, enabling trainers to work from anywhere. Important Note: This role is not about teaching the French language. Instead, trainers will conduct teacher training programs in French, focusing on pedagogy, classroom management, assessment, digital tools, and inclusive education. Responsibilities: • Design and deliver online professional development sessions (in French) on topics such as: • Effective classroom management strategies. • Assessment for learning (AfL) and formative evaluation. • Student motivation and engagement. • Inclusive education and differentiated instruction. • Digital tools and AI integration in teaching. • Teacher wellbeing and professional resilience. • Project-based and active learning methodologies. • Facilitate interactive workshops that help teachers implement modern and practical teaching strategies. • Adapt training content to meet the needs of educators in diverse educational contexts. • Provide expert guidance, feedback, and coaching to teachers on educational best practices. Qualifications: • Extensive experience in teacher training, professional development, or educational consultancy (minimum 5 years preferred). • Strong knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum design, and modern teaching methodologies. • Proven experience leading training for K–12 educators or teacher coaches. • Ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive, and results-oriented training sessions. • Fluency in French (native or near-native level) – training delivery will be in French. • Familiarity with educational technology, blended learning models, and online training platforms. Technical Requirements: • Stable, high-speed internet connection. • High-quality camera and microphone setup for online training sessions. • Ability to use digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS platforms). Position Details: • Fully remote – training delivered online. • Flexible schedule based on training needs. • Hourly pay – to be discussed based on experience and proposal. • Anticipated start: 2025–2026 academic year.
