Job Responsibilities
As a Top Tier GENERAL Transcriptionist, you'll be responsible for:
- Transcribing audio files with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Working on a variety of projects, including academic, social, and medical research
- Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality transcripts on time
- Collaborating with our team to ensure consistency and quality in our transcripts
- Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments
Mandatory Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have at least 4 years of experience in general transcription, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail
- Be able to commit to transcribing a minimum of 300 minutes of audio per week, most weeks
- Be willing to work as part of a team and take feedback and guidance from our quality control team
- Be a US resident, with the ability to work from anywhere in the country
Essential Skills and Competencies
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional transcription skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to discern different accents and speakers

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, with pay ranging from $0.90 to $1.00 per audio minute. Our top transcriptionists can earn up to $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives. We also offer:
