Position Overview This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and strategic role within the Treasury group, where you will play a crucial part in optimizing performance and shaping the future of the organization. Primary Responsibilities • Establish and run a regular bank reconciliation process to support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the different structures and for Atlas on a consolidated basis • Support production of daily reports / models required by Atlas’ leverage providers • Support production of weekly, monthly and quarterly senior‑level overviews and write variance commentaries which articulate total results with a focus on total balance sheet trend, net funding and liquidity usage, net interest margin (“NIM”) with reference to the underlying business drivers • Support initiatives to improve efficiency in forecasting process and implement proper controls • Support ad‑hoc requests around liquidity usage, interest rate sensitivity, growth initiatives as well as materials for senior level presentations Qualification and Experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Experience in Planning & Analysis, Reporting or Controlling roles. • Familiarity with Balance Sheet products and securitization core lines of business • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and competency in other Office applications Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities and Skills: • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication/ listening skills • Results orientated without compromising control and detail • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to automation tools • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently/ thrives on challenges in a fluid working environment The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location.
