Urgent requirement: We need an expert Backend Developer to troubleshoot and fix a deployment issue immediately. Our application is built with NestJS and PostgreSQL, currently hosted on DigitalOcean.
The application is failing during [mention where it fails, e.g., the build process / database connection / SSL setup], and we need someone who can dive in, identify the bottleneck, and get the production environment stable within the next few hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit the current DigitalOcean environment (App Platform/Droplet).
Debug and resolve NestJS build/runtime errors.
Ensure the PostgreSQL database is correctly connected and migrations are running.
Optimize environment variables and configuration for production stability.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 4+ years of professional backend development experience.
Deep expertise in NestJS and TypeScript.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL (Prisma/TypeORM).
Proven track record with DigitalOcean (App Platform, Managed Databases, or Droplets/Docker).
Ability to work under pressure and communicate clearly in English.
