What You Will Do As a Financial Analyst within Stryker Flex Financial, you will be the primary contact for all active usage-based agreements in your portfolio. In this role you are responsible for maintaining a clean general ledger by performing monthly reconciliations and remitting payments to our lending and internal partners. You will also manage the intercompany process, ensuring we’re receiving funds from other selling divisions. This individual will also need to follow up with customers and sales reps on aged invoices to obtain a timeline for payment and/or initiate a credit hold process. You must have: A bachelor's degree Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent mathematical, critical thinking and analytical skills We would prefer you to also have: 2+ years general accounting, finance or related experience Experience with: SAP Oracle Salesforce.com Power BI Model N $57,000 - $115,100 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).
