Job Description: We’re looking for motivated, insightful individuals to join our HR innovation team to work remotely on creating structured and diverse interview question sets for upcoming Wayfair hiring initiatives. You’ll be responsible for generating, testing, and organizing practical, situational, and behavioral questions across job functions ranging from customer service to operations and tech roles. This position is ideal for someone with a strong command of communication, deep curiosity about different roles and industries, and a keen sense of how to evaluate candidates through creative questioning. As we prioritize inclusivity and diversity, you will help ensure our interview materials reflect a wide range of experiences and perspectives.
