Requirements
• 15+ years of operations leadership across hotels and/or resorts
• Multi-unit/regional level leadership experience
• Luxury resort/hotel or retail experience
• 5+ years as a General Manager with a proven track record of success
• Demonstrated expertise in building and sustaining strong owner relationships
