This internship offers hands-on experience in video production and online publishing, with opportunities to create engaging content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring video editors, filmmakers, or content creators to gain industry experience, develop a professional portfolio, and learn from a supportive team. Responsibilities: • Edit video content and add compelling graphics for YouTube, Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and more. • Collaborate with the video team to brainstorm and plan creative video concepts. • Create short, shareable clips from long-form videos or podcasts. • Add animated text captions and motion graphics to enhance visual appeal. • Source and incorporate stock footage and imagery as needed. • Upload and schedule video content on the YourTango YouTube channel. Ideal Candidate: • Proficient in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop is a plus). • Familiar with YouTube, TikTok, and viral video trends. • Can produce high-quality, polished videos on a tight timeline. • Excellent organizational and communication skills via email and Slack. • Reliable, self-driven, and enthusiastic about video production. • Able to multitask and meet strict deadlines for multiple projects. Requirements: • Access to professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.). • Reliable computer and internet connection. • Knowledge of typography, transitions, cuts, and current video trends. • Availability to work a set schedule (20 hours/week) during weekdays and business hours. • Consistent communication with supervisors via email, chat, and video calls.
