Job Description: As a Warehouse Operations Assistant at Kohl's, you will be responsible for various tasks within the distribution center, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise. You will ensure that all products are handled efficiently and accurately, supporting the timely replenishment of store inventory and online orders. Key Responsibilities of Warehouse Operations Assistant: • Take in, offload, and manage incoming shipments. • Arrange products in allocated areas within the storage space to maintain order. • Fulfill orders by organizing, packing, and sending out shipments. • Carry out tasks by utilizing warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks. • Perform stock tallies and ensure accurate stock recordkeeping. • Prioritize cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse setting. • Team up with fellow employees to meet goals related to productivity and accuracy. Qualifications of Warehouse Operations Assistant: • Attainment of a high school diploma or its comparable accreditation. • Capacity to elevate and relocate packages of up to 50 pounds in weight. • Careful scrutiny and exactitude. • Basic computer competency along with experience using warehouse management technology. • Capacity to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting. • Impressive organization skills and effective time utilization.
