Workday integrations certified expert would be best Skill Specification: Human Capital Management (HCM) Experience Level: Senior (or) Lead Description: • Design, configure, and implement Workday payroll integrations, with a focus on PECI-based solutions. • Analyze client payroll requirements and translate them into effective integration strategies. • Develop and maintain integration templates, mappings, and transformation logic for PECI files. • Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure successful data exchange and troubleshoot integration issues. • Perform end-to-end testing of payroll integrations, including validation of data accuracy and reconciliation. • Provide technical support and guidance to clients during payroll implementation and post-go-live phases. • Document integration processes, technical specifications, and support materials. • Stay current with Workday updates, PECI enhancements, and payroll best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience with Workday payroll integrations, specifically PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface). • Certified WD payroll integration expert. • Strong understanding of payroll processes, data structures, and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and related integration tools. • Experience with XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques. • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field (preferred). Preferred Experience: Prior experience working with global payroll vendors and multi-country payroll integrations. Apply tot his job
