Working Student - Global HR Projects (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our People & Culture team in the global rollout of our new HR software. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, HR digitalization, and internal communications within a dynamic and collaborative environment. As part of the People & Culture project team, you will: Track project progress and maintain project documentation and timelines. Communicate with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and feedback collection. Support the software setup, including testing and configuration tasks. Create communication materials (e.g., guides, FAQs, articles) to support the rollout. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders globally. Support in preparing, organizing and delivering training sessions for employees and managers . Enrolled student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Interest in HR processes and digital tools. Structured and proactive working style with attention to detail. Strong communication skills in English, German is a plus. Confident in using MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with HR software and in project management is a plus. Available for at least 9 months and enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the working student contract.
