You'll collaborate with Snowball’s YouTube creative team (who’ve scaled channels to 27M+ subscribers and 10B+ views) to produce educational, high-retention content that makes complex AI feel exciting, human, and accessible. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart—someone who loves transforming big ideas into compelling YouTube-native formats. What You'll Do • Execute YouTube-first content strategy that showcases GenSpark's innovative AI technology • Lead the complete production process: scripting, filming, producing, and post-production collaboration • Translate complex AI concepts into content that’s educational, entertaining, and easy to grasp • Collaborate with Genspark’s content, brand, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment • Use performance data and audience insights to inform future content What You Bring • Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and its potential to improve how people access information • 5+ years of experience in video production, filmmaking, or content creation with a strong portfolio (YouTube experience preferred) • Proven track record of making technical or complex subjects engaging and accessible • Experience creating YouTube-optimized content that balances education with entertainment • Strong project management skills with ability to manage end-to-end production workflows • Comfortable collaborating remotely across distributed teams and time zones Apply tot his job
