About the position The Opportunity This role will work closely with the Manager, Laboratory Operations to ensure all laboratory functions are carried out efficiently, including equipment management, inventory control, facility maintenance, and compliance documentation. This position is essential for maintaining an organized and compliant laboratory environment while ensuring the timely execution of laboratory tasks. Responsibilities • Ensure all laboratory functions are carried out efficiently. • Manage equipment, inventory control, and facility maintenance. • Maintain compliance documentation. • Support the Manager, Laboratory Operations in daily tasks. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline). • 3-5 years of laboratory experience. • Strong understanding of lab operations, equipment management, inventory control, and compliance documentation. • Experience with vendor service agreements and equipment maintenance schedules. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LIMS, and other laboratory management systems. • Experience in regulated environments (CLIA, CAP, GMP) preferred. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
