Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be part of our Operations and Customer Center (OCC) team, which is the "heartbeat" and operational hub of arenaflex's global operations. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, working closely with aviation experts to resolve operational challenges and improve our overall customer experience. You will be assigned to one of our teams, including Load Control Center or Fuel Strategy, where you will utilize data and analytics to drive business decisions and improve our operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment Work closely with aviation experts to analyze data and drive business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our overall customer experience Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze data and create reports Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Work in a team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US Availability to work for at least three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM schedule Enrollment in an educational institution throughout the term of the co-op program Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize the needs of the team Commitment to safety and security, both personally and for others Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge in this role: Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of airline operations, scheduling, and planning Leadership experience, including student and community organizations Passion for a future career in the aviation industry and serving arenaflex's customers Career Growth and Development: At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
