Lead Director – Agile Practice Management
Job Description: • Lead enterprise delivery and integration of complex, cross-functional initiatives within the ABX (Advanced Business Transformation) program • Drive frequent communication and proactive alignment activities with a broad spectrum of executive sponsors, business partners, technology, and operational stakeholders across the enterprise • Align business, technology, and operational teams to ensure delivery of strategic program objectives and enterprise transformation goals • Own execution of multi-domain projects, driving measurable business outcomes and value for key stakeholders • Manage multi-million dollar program budgets and directly oversee 6–8 Senior Managers accountable for major ABX focus areas • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and sustained delivery momentum • Establish and monitor program metrics and reporting standards to enable visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement • Drive collaboration and alignment among executive sponsors, business partners, and delivery organizations to remove barriers and accelerate results • Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build high-performing, future-ready teams • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and regulatory standards across all ABX initiatives Requirements: • 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, enterprise delivery, or large-scale operations • 3–5+ years in a formal leadership role managing direct reports • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs or enterprise initiatives in a highly matrixed environment • Experience overseeing substantial program budgets and resource management (multi-million-dollar scale) • Exceptional communication (verbal and written), collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing executive and functional leaders • Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and driving transformation across multiple domains or lines of business • Strong leadership skills with ability to develop, coach, and inspire high-performing, future-ready teams • Expertise in risk management, problem solving, and navigating organizational complexity • Proven ability to implement and sustain agile practices in cross-functional teams • Agile (e.g., SM, RTE, SPC), PMP, or equivalent certifications Benefits: • Affordable medical plan options • 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions) • Employee stock purchase plan • Wellness screenings • Tobacco cessation and weight management programs • Confidential counseling and financial coaching • Paid time off • Flexible work schedules • Family leave • Dependent care resources • Colleague assistance programs • Tuition assistance • Retiree medical access Apply tot his job
