About the Role We're looking for an outgoing, friendly, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Generator and Customer Service Representative – Brand Ambassador. As a part-time team member, you'll work flexible hours on weekends, engaging with potential customers, educating them about our products and services, and creating a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Represent the arenaflex brand at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities, showcasing our products and services to potential customers Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional service to create a positive customer experience Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve our products and marketing efforts, collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns Work independently, managing your own schedule and prioritizing tasks to meet sales and customer service goals Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new developments and innovations Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues An outgoing personality and a passion for interacting with people, with a strong desire to learn and grow Familiarity with the water treatment industry and our products, or a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge Ability to work independently, managing your own schedule and prioritizing tasks to meet sales and customer service goals Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed, with a flexible approach to scheduling Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of success Knowledge of the water treatment industry and our products, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a fun and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
